The Evergreen Tea Room was available. The staff were helpful. I found parking easily. The breakfast selection included a variety of tasty options. My superior double room had a modern design. It was very comfortable. I enjoyed the nice dishes presentation.
The gym is small.

the staff seemed attentive and helpful when i asked for extra towels.
The room i got was a letdown. The walls had visible stains. I swear the tv remote had crumbs, and there was this odd musty smell, you know, like old gym socks. I guess i expected a bit more considering the hotel's rating.

i booked an overnight stay before visiting windsor castle.
They overcharged me on a burger i ordered to my room. the room service menu said £18.50, but apparently, the price had gone up, though nobody bothered to update the menu in my room. Food was very expensive

my partner and i stayed here again, and it is a favourite. it has charm, beautiful rooms and a warm, cute atmosphere. ian goes above and beyond to make our stays nice. he was kind, attentive, informative and ensured we had the best possible experience.
i booked a spa package to relax and was very disappointed. the check-in was awkward, and i had to change rooms because of cigarette smoke. the receptionist changed my room quickly. the bathroom was tired with a drainage issue in the shower, so it smelled bad.

We stayed for a couple of nights. the room was nice and neat. the breakfast selection was first class. the therapist was very nice. She gave me one of the best massages i've ever had!!!
The reception desk was unmanned when we arrived, so we waited. there was no one on the bar. the staff were polite. they had no clue how to deal with coach party.
